We love to share our crafting love. If you are new to any products we stock and would like some assistance with skills or tools, please get in touch. Email us pictures of your creations we would love to see them.

Your Account

Creating an account with Dylistudio enables you to keep records of your past purchases/invoices, and pre-fill your postal address and contact details. You can change these details or close your account at any time by logging into your account.

Subscription Preferences

Dylistudio also offers subscription service to customers through Mailchimp to send you news and discount offers to you regarding product and services that are of interest to you. You can change or delete your subscription at any time through the Mailchimp email link sent to you or by contacting us directly.

Your Data

Your data is any information about you, your past orders, and your preferences that you share. You can see and edit your account data at any time by logging in your account. Dylistudio will never share or sell your data to third parties for gain. Third parties providing direct website functionality to Dylistudio such as Mailchimp, Square and PayPal will collect some data to support your subscription preferences and provide payments security and fraud protection. Data they collect are subject to their respective terms and policies.

Payment Methods

You can pay by direct bank transfer, by credit card through secure SQUARE payments and through PayPal. Save your payment method when you purchase or on your account so it will be there for next time.

Discounts & Sale Events

Combined Postage and Volume Discounts

We offer volume discount from 5% up to 20% when you buy 2 or more of the same item, from one or more listings. We also offer combined postage discount when you request invoice and pay by Bank Transfer or PayPal. Volume Discounts on multiples: Buy 2 (5%), Buy 3 (7%), Buy 4+(10%), Buy 10+(10%), Buy 15+(15%), Buy 40+ (20%)

How to Request Discount

Before you pay, 1) select all the items you need from one listing or many listings into your shopping cart. 2) Click on VIEW CART and Take a screenshot of your order details, and 3) send us a message below or email us with the screenshot and your postal address. We can then see the details of what you need and email you an invoice to pay by Bank Transfer or by Card.

Please note: Requests for discounts will not be possible if you have already made the payment.

Products & Service

Fast Service & Delivery

Once payment has been received, we will dispatch your item within one day using Australia post or other Courier service. If you need Express post service, please choose the option before your purchase.

Are you Outside Australia?: If you are receiving the item outside Australia, contact us with your address for more accurate postage rates.

The products we stock are carefully chosen for quality and value. We aim to provide the honest helpful service to our customers and encourage development of likeminded interests.

Satisfaction & Returns

Satisfaction

We aim to exceed your expectations. If you are not totally satisfied with the product, please contact us before you leave a feedback comment. We will do our best to resolve any issue.

Returns & Refunds

If you do not want the product, send it back to us within 30 days of receipt. We are happy to refund what you paid, less our original postage and tracking label cost (including items with free postage). Goods must be undamaged and unopened/unused to qualify. We will not be liable for returns that are lost in the post or lost for any other reason.

Defects & Consumer Law

Buyers have rights for return, partial or full refunds for defective products under Australia consumer Law (ACCC).
